Year 4 enjoyed an exciting and enriching visit to the Royal Armouries as part of their History learning on Greek Mythology. The children took part in a fascinating workshop, bringing ancient myths and stories to life through interactive activities and discussion.

Following this, they explored the museum’s impressive galleries, where they were captivated by historical displays from across the ages. A particular highlight was witnessing a live battle re-enactment between a Roman and a Celt, which helped deepen their understanding of ancient history in a memorable way.

The day also included an Ancient Greek workshop linked to their previous history topic, allowing the children to build on their prior learning and make meaningful connections across time periods.
