This week we took delivery of some eggs, kindly funded by the Parents’ Association. These very special eggs were put in an incubator and left on display within the school office.

The office was a hive of activity throughout the week, with pupils and staff regularly stopping by, filled with excitement, to pay the eggs a visit, hoping to see them hatch.

Some of our pupils were lucky enough to see the eggs hatching up close and were in awe as they witnessed the chicks break out of their shells.

Pupils will get a chance to meet and hold the chicks next week following a lesson on how to handle them safely.
