Year 5 pupils enjoyed a trip to the GNNSJ Gurdwara in Leeds as part of their Sikhism studies. The visit was very informative, and the children were delighted to receive a traditional meal in the langar, the community kitchen of the Gurdwara.

Class Teacher, Mrs Lucas, commented: “I was very proud to see our pupils volunteer to wash their cups and plates after the meal and share in the wonderful community spirit of the Gurdwara. Thanks again to our three super parent helpers who came along and shared in the lovely experience.”
