We are incredibly proud of our Head of Academic Excellence and Head of Rugby, Mr Wilkinson, who represented Great Britain Men’s 30s in this summer’s 2023 Tag World Cup, held at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Mr Wilkinson and his team enjoyed an unbeaten start to the tournament but came unstuck in the semi-final against eventual winners, Australia, before a narrow defeat to the New Zealand Exiles in the Bronze Medal match.
To see Mr Wilkinson compete for Great Britain in a World Cup has been incredibly inspiring for our pupils and they can’t wait for his Rugby training sessions in September!
