This term we are pleased to welcome our new Wrap Around Care Manager to Richmond House School. Miss Gemma Hirst started the first week back after Christmas and will be responsible for managing our Pre and After School and Holiday Club. She will also be providing some support as a teaching assistant in our Nursery class.
Miss Hirst brings with her 10 years of childcare experience and most recently has been working for a private day nursery in Rawdon. She is now thrilled to be joining us at the school:
“I am really excited to be starting my new role and to further my childcare career here at Richmond House School. So far, I have found the staff and pupils to be welcoming and I cannot wait to get to know everyone a little better over the coming weeks. In my new job I am hoping to bring some new ideas to aftercare and to develop some wonderful activities that provide a happy and safe learning space in holiday club whilst having lots of fun!”
