To support their science and PSHE learning on the theme of Keeping Healthy, Year 2 pupils enjoyed an exciting and educational trip to Eureka in Halifax. During the visit, the children took part in an engaging workshop where they explored ways to look after their bodies, learning about healthy choices through hands-on activities and discussion.
The pupils also spent time exploring the Me and My Body gallery, where they discovered more about how the body works and the importance of exercise, nutrition and wellbeing. The interactive exhibits sparked lots of curiosity and enthusiasm, and it was wonderful to see the children so actively involved and asking thoughtful questions.
