To celebrate National Storytelling Week, Mrs Doherty, with the fantastic help of 2D, organised a fun and imaginative book trail around the school, bringing some much-loved childhood classics to life.

Working in teams, pupils travelled around the school searching for clues and props, using them to guess the featured books. If they needed an extra hint, QR codes were available to scan using school iPads, linking to videos of pupils from 2D reading extracts from each story – a brilliant and engaging extra clue.

The trail featured a wonderful range of stories, including A Bear Called Paddington, The Tiger Who Came to Tea, and Room on the Broom. Laughter, excitement and enthusiasm could be seen all around the school as children worked together and immersed themselves in the magic of books.

The children had an amazing time, and a huge thank you goes to Mrs Doherty and 2D involved in organising such a creative and memorable event!
