Our Headteacher, Mrs Young, shares her reflections on the positive impact new staff have already made this term at Richmond House School:
“Although we are only a few weeks into the new school year, I have already been struck by the positive impact our new members of staff have had across Richmond House School. Each has brought with them a unique set of skills, fresh perspectives, and a wealth of experience that is enriching the learning journey of our pupils every single day.
From their work in the classroom, where pupils are already benefiting from new ideas and approaches, to their contributions in extracurricular activities and clubs, our new colleagues have quickly become an integral part of school life. Their influence extends beyond academics too — the support they are providing for pupil wellbeing is helping to foster the warm, nurturing environment we value so highly.
This swift and seamless transition has been made possible by the outstanding support of our existing staff. The way they have welcomed and collaborated with our new colleagues is a true reflection of the strong sense of community at Richmond House.
I am immensely proud to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring team of educators. Together, they ensure that every child at Richmond House has the opportunity to thrive, not only academically but also personally.”
