We are delighted to announce the appointment of our Head Pupils for the Autumn Term.
Both have been part of the Richmond House community from an early age, making the most of the many opportunities the school has offered them along the way.
Our Head Boy shared his excitement about the role: “I’m really happy and excited about what we’ll be doing as Head Pupils. I’m looking forward to helping create events and giving speeches at school events. It feels like a big achievement and I’m really proud. I want to make the school an even better place and spend time helping the younger pupils. Some of the things I love most about Richmond House are Mrs Dean’s food, all the sport and fixtures we get to play, and the variety of lessons – from DT to Science and PE.”
Our Head Girl added: “I am really excited too, it means a lot to be chosen as Head Pupils and I feel very proud. I think good Heads of School need to be sensible, good listeners, understanding, and role models for the rest of the pupils. I want to lead by example. I love that Richmond House feels like a small school, but there are lots of people to make friends with and you can do so really easily because everyone is really nice. The teachers are so supportive too. We’re excited and ready to get going!”
Headteacher, Mrs Young, commented: “I couldn’t be prouder of both children for stepping into their new roles as Head Pupils. Their passion for the school, coupled with their eagerness to make a positive impact, is truly inspiring. I look forward to working closely with them to continue fostering the inclusive and joyful environment we strive for at Richmond House.”
