This year, we are proud to celebrate a truly special milestone – Mrs Higgins, our much-loved Catering Assistant, is marking an incredible 25 years at Richmond House School.

Mrs Higgins plays a vital role in the heart of our school: the kitchen. From preparing nutritious and delicious lunches and keeping the salad bar well-stocked to providing food for after school care, she does it all, and she does it brilliantly. Her support during mealtimes, serving pupils with a warm smile and kind word, makes lunchtime a highlight of the day for many.

Beyond her exceptional work ethic and efficiency, Mrs Higgins brings something even more valuable to our community: warmth, fun, and a wonderful sense of humour. She is not only a hardworking and skilled member of our team but also a genuinely lovely person who brightens the day of everyone she works with.

Over the past two and a half decades, Mrs Higgins has helped nourish and care for generations of Richmond House pupils. Her unwavering commitment, kindness, and cheerful presence have left a lasting impression on all who have had the pleasure of knowing her.

We are incredibly lucky to have had Mrs Higgins as part of our Richmond House family for the past 25 years. We thank her for all she has done, and continues to do, for our school community.
