We are delighted to announce the appointment of our Head Pupils for the Spring Term.

Our Head Boy shared, “Being made Head of School is really exciting, and I’m looking forward to it! It’s a big responsibility to become one of the leaders of the school, I know this is a really important position, but I’m confident we’ll do a great job. I’m especially excited to meet with Mrs Young regularly and have a say in how the school is run.”

Our Head Girl is equally excited about the opportunity to make an impact, saying, “It’s exciting to get to help make decisions and introduce new things to the school. I want to help make other roles bigger, encourage school council reps to share more ideas, and give others a voice and a platform. We want to lift people up and make sure everyone feels involved.”

Both our Head Pupils emphasised the importance of giving pupils a voice in school. “It’s really important that pupils have a say,” our Head Boy explained. “We’re the ones coming to school here, and we want to make sure children continue to enjoy their time at Richmond House. We want to make school even more fun.”

Their connection to Richmond House runs deep. Our Head Girl, who has been here since nursery, said, “What’s special about Richmond House is all the amazing opportunities we have. The fixtures, the residential trips, and the fun-packed activities make it such a fantastic place. Plus, the school is filled with friendly people who are always smiling.”

Our Head Boy, who joined in Year 3 from a state school, added, “I think the small class sizes is unbelievable. You get so much more attention and help in lessons which can help you excel. You can do way more learning!”

Headteacher, Mrs Young, shared her thoughts: “We are incredibly proud of both pupils and can’t wait to see how they make their mark as Heads of School, inspiring their peers and shaping the future of Richmond House. I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to nurture the inclusive and joyful environment that makes Richmond House so special.”
