Year 2 pupils Alex and Ralph recently attended the Lexus Ilkley Trophy tennis event, an experience they will surely never forget.
Alex and Ralph had a fantastic time at the event, where they were fortunate enough to meet tour professionals Alejandro Moro Canas and Ryan Peniston in the warm-up area. Their enthusiasm on the practice court caught the attention of Alejandro and his coach, who graciously offered to play a few rallies with them. It was a thrilling and educational experience for both boys, and they learned a great deal in a short time!
Additionally, they had the opportunity to watch a match between Lauryn John-Baptiste and Maya Joint, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
