A big thank to Adele and Vicky from Yorkshire Water, who provided our Year 4 pupils with invaluable insights into the intricate process of water treatment and how they ensure that clean and safe water reaches 300,000 people in Leeds every day.

During their visit, our pupils gained a wealth of knowledge about the importance of water conservation and the role each of us plays in being responsible water users. They learned about the journey of water from its source to treatment facilities, as well as the vital dos and don’ts of what should and shouldn’t be disposed of down drains and toilets.
