We are incredibly proud of our Year 6 pupils who have all been offered multiple places at a range of secondary schools next year.

Many of the cohort sat entrance exams and worked diligently to achieve some outstanding results. As well as this, 58% have been awarded scholarships.

Headteacher, Sharon Young, commented:

“I am beaming with pride! ‘Truly delightful’ is how one school described our pupils. ‘Polite, interesting and well prepared,’ said another. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. It was made clear to me in conversations with other Headteachers that Richmond House pupils are resilient, confident, adaptable and able to seamlessly interact with other children and staff.

I would like to pay thanks to our wonderful teachers who have done an excellent job in preparing our pupils for the tests and interviews, as well as you, their families, for the incredible support you’ve given them during this demanding period.

Operating independently from secondary schools means we are able to support pupils and their families in making the best choices for them when it comes to the next stage of their journey in education, be it in the independent or state sector. I am confident our cohort of Year 6 pupils will finish their time at Richmond House on a real high and go on to have tremendous success.”
