Born in Uganda, Simon moved to London after University, where he started work for Customs and Excise. Simon has worked in various roles within the Criminal Investigation Department and relocated to Leeds in 2008 where he joined the newly formed HMRC. Simon’s two daughters both attended Richmond House School, where he feels they benefited from the small class sizes and the range of activities offered. Simon became a Governor in 2016 to give something back to the school and to ensure that current and future pupils have access to the same opportunities that his children had.
