Gill has lived in Leeds for over 20 years having moved from Middlesbrough via Manchester, London, Stockport and Huddersfield! With over 30 years experience working in the NHS in a variety of clinical and general management roles, Gill has a history of managing large and complex projects across the NHS, establishing, merging and closing down organisations whilst ensuring they continue to be accountable as statutory public bodies. Having left the NHS in 2013 Gill is now a Management Consultant working independently in Health, Social Enterprise, Community Interest Companies, Charity and Public Sector Organisations.
Gill has a long standing history with Richmond House school going back to 1989 when the first of her 3 nephews started at the school, followed more recently by her own daughter. She became a Governor at Richmond House School in 2016 and remains committed to ensuring that it remains a school “Where children are happy to learn”.
