With roots firmly planted in the North, Emma moved from Lincolnshire to Yorkshire in 1993 in order to study at York Law School. She loved the county so much that she’s been here ever since, having qualified as a solicitor with Walker Morris in Leeds in 1998, now working as a partner with gunnercooke LLP. Emma’s youngest son still attends Richmond House and she is delighted to have been recently appointed a Governor.  Emma is committed to contributing to the School by bringing her legal knowledge and experience and her keen interest (through working with Leeds Mind) in fostering and improving the children’s mental and emotional wellbeing.
