25th June 2018. What a lovely day we had at Sports Day on Friday, the children ran, threw, jumped and bounced all around the fields and families enjoyed their picnics and Pimms in the sunshine.

Early Years started first with a mixture of track and field activities. There were some impressive long distance runs from the Reception children, and the space hopper races looked like great fun!

Years 1 and 2 followed later in the morning, we certainly have some future sports stars in our midst, with some fantastic races and great coordination in the egg and spoon races.

After the picnics had been eaten and the Pimms had been drunk, it was the turn of Upper School. The Tough Mudder event wasn’t quite as muddy this year, but it was still a tricky course to complete. There were some great efforts in the field events such as long jump and high jump and the relay races were great team efforts.

Once the scores had been added up, Swale were announced as the overall winners.
Well done to all involved!
