Richmond House is an independent co-educational preparatory school and the Headmaster is a member of the Incorporated Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS). The school has been accredited by the Independent Schools’ Council (ISC).

The school provides continuity of education for children from three to eleven years and has a capacity to teach 300 pupils in that age spread.

Co-education allows families with children of both sexes to be educated together, providing parents with a ‘one stop’ benefit when taking and collecting their children from school, as well as giving all children the opportunity to relate to the opposite sex.

Richmond House is structured into three integrated sections that reflect the changing needs of children as they progress through the school.

The Nursery accommodates children from 3 to 4 years.
The Lower School looks after children aged 4 to 7.
The Upper School takes children from 7 to 11
