Parents Association
The School has a very strong and supportive Parents’ Association which meets regularly and holds events throughout the year. The Parents’ Association is an important part of our School and adds to our community spirit.
Regular events include a Summer Fun Day for parents and children, new parents’ welcome events, social events for parents, children’s discos, an enjoyable Christmas Fair and an annual Spring Ball. The Parents’ Association also organises regular second hand uniform sales.
Proceeds from the many past events have been donated to the School and used to enhance and extend the range of equipment available. Just a few of the ways in which the School has benefited from the Parents’ Association’s hard work are the addition of an outdoor classroom and a total refit of the School library.
All parents are members of the Parents’ Association and are invited to attend the Annual AGM in September. Suggestions for fund raising and social events are welcomed from parents and all parents are actively encouraged to get involved.

Fundraising:
The Parents’ Association is launching a new service which will help us raise valuable funds for the school and it won’t cost you a penny. It’s very simple - just visit easyfundraising to register. Every time you visit the site and shop online, our cause, ‘Richmond House School Parents’ Association’, earns money. Over 2000 well known retailers such as Amazon, M&S, John Lewis, Boden, Ocado, Sainsburys and eBay will pay our cause a percentage of the value of goods you purchase online. If everyone uses the site and spends just £250 per year online through registered retailers, we could raise over £1000 for the school!
We have put together a PDF user guide to help you get started.
