Introduction from the Headmistress
The early years of a child’s education are of paramount importance. At Richmond House School we aim to give all of our pupils the best start in life and provide a solid foundation from which to grow into happy, confident and successful individuals. We strive to fully prepare our pupils for senior school and life beyond.
We recognise that all of our pupils have different strengths and characteristics and we endeavour to identify and build on individual talents. We encourage each child to try new activities and explore their own potential and we delight in seeing our pupils grow in confidence and self esteem because their contributions are valued and encouraged.
We offer a challenging and varied curriculum, which includes French, Spanish and Performing Arts as well as all of the National Curriculum subjects. In addition, we have an excellent extra-curricular programme which gives our pupils the opportunity to participate in enjoyable activities and broaden their horizons.
What makes Richmond House School unique is the family feel. We are a large enough community to be diverse, but small enough for everyone to know everyone else.
Above all, we believe if our children are happy and enjoy coming to School, learning will come naturally. The happiness of our children speaks volumes, we encourage you to visit our School and see this for yourself.
We will be delighted to show you round the School personally, give you the opportunity to meet the children and staff and see for yourself what a school where children are happy to learn has to offer.
