*FEES 2006/2007* Registration Fee: £25.00 (This fee to be sent with application form) Retainer Fee: £250.00 (Payable on acceptance of a place and refunded at the end of a child’s final term. It is non-returnable in the event of the place not being taken up) Tuition Fees Payable in advance prior to the commencement of each term Nursery – Half Days £1,300.00 Nursery – Full Days £2,030.00 Reception upwards £2,030.00 Tuition fees include the cost of any day visits out of school and Pupil Personal Accident Insurance School Lunches £138.00 OTHER FEES (invoiced separately) Pre School Care £1.75 per session After School Care £6.60 per full session After School Care £3.50 per half session Certain Extra Curriculum Activities (ie instrumental lessons, specialist sports coaching) Additional Fees: Individual instrumental tuition: £16.00 (to be confirmed) This is per 30 minute lesson for 30 lessons spread over three terms. Five weeks notice in writing is required to end lessons. Certain Extra Curricular Activities: – as advised. This covers fees for professional sports and activity coaching. Pre and After School Care: - Charges for this are invoiced monthly in arrears. Residential Trips: – These are usually only in the Upper School and vary from one night away to five nights. Discounts: – A sibling discount of 5% is given for each sibling up to a maximum of 3 in the school at the same time. Payment: – Tuition fees are payable in advance by the first day of the term they are due. The Governors reserve the right to levy a surcharge on overdue accounts at the rate of currently 3% over the bank base rate per month or part thereof. Payment may be made by 10 monthly instalments for which there is an administration charge of 2%. School Fees Protection Scheme: – A recognised scheme is available to parents, please contact the Bursar for further information. Withdrawal: – A full term’s notice in writing must be given to the Headmistress before the withdrawal of a pupil. Should this not be given, payment of a term’s fees will be required.
